A warm, lighthearted space to connect, share, and support each other through the ups and downs of perimenopause and menopause.
 
Join Lisa from Humingbird nutrition for a relaxed and supportive evening designed for women navigating the ups and downs of perimenopause and menopause.

This isn’t a lecture, it’s a comfy, no-judgement zone where you can share experiences, ask questions, and connect with others who get it. Whether you’re feeling hot, bothered, emotional, confused or just plain curious, this is your safe space.
 
What to expect:
Real talk, friendly faces, and no pressure to share, light guidance and conversation prompts a chance to laugh, vent, learn, and feel seen comfy seats and a calm, welcoming vibe.
 
This free event is for women going through perimenopause or menopause. Seating is limited to around 30, so please book your spot and let us know if you can’t make it. We’ve got the mezzanine floor to ourselves — a cosy space just for us
 
Let’s make these Monday nights something to look forward to, together 
... because nutrition matters in menopause.
