Our venue boasts a spectacular Mezzanine level perfect for any get-together, complete with a private bar area and Food & Drink packages for every occasion. 
 
We offer a ton of quirky character and an equally elegant interior, the ideal canvas for you to create an unforgettable event.
 
The Mezzanine: 30 - 50 guests 
Our beautiful event space - The Mezzanine, with comfortable seating and the option to have a private bar, this area is ideal for any occasion.
 
Our Mezzanine area holds a maximum of 50 guests and seats 20 - 28 (depending on if you provide food) and has its own bar.
 
Deposit / Hire Room
Private Hire:
  • 30–50 guests

To secure your booking, we require a £200 deposit.

  • Midweek (Monday – Thursday): The full £200 can be redeemed against food and drinks.
  • Friday, Saturday & Sunday: £100 will be allocated as a non-refundable room hire fee, with the remaining £100 redeemable against food or drinks.

2-5 guests: no deposit required.

Booth bookings:

6-12 guests: a £10pp non-refundable deposit to secure. 

(fully deductible from your bill on the day).

Bottomless Brunch bookings:

6-12 guests:

Prosecco: £36pp

Prosecco/Cocktails/Bottled Beer: £38pp

13 – 30 guests:

Prosecco/Pizza: £36pp

It's Christmas!!
From Friday 21st November – Tuesday 30th December 2025, all private hire bookings will enjoy our Festive Buffet option only.
For our Bottomless Brunch guests, you’ll have the choice of either a classic pizza or our special Festive Platter.

Please complete our bookings form below with preferred date / time and any event information, if the date you require is greyed out, please select an alternative date or time.

The nearest car park is located at Ponteland Memorial Hall. 

Please read our T&Cs before paying any deposits as any deposits are non-refundable:

  • We have a strict dress code from 6pm, no sportswear, football shirts or caps. 
  • WE OPERATE A CHALLENGE 25 POLICY. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 then you will be asked to show identification. This will need to be a physical approved ID document.
  • Under 18’s are only permitted in the venue until 9pm Monday – Thursday and 7pm Friday, Saturday & Sunday, whilst under the supervision of an adult. This rule still applies with private/area hire.
  • We do not take bookings for 18th birthday parties. 
  • Areas allocated for bookings are subject to availability and may be moved at any time without notice.
